Mr. Devyatov has over 20 years of global Commercial Real Estate investment management experience. Mikhail has extensive expertise and successful track record in the EU, UK, US, Russian markets. He previously worked as the Managing Director, Head of Real Estate at the UFG Wealth Management which is the largest independent multi-family office in Eastern Europe and CIS countries with AUM of over EUR 2 billion. Prior to that he worked in Vnesheconombank Group (Bank for Development and Foreign Economic Affairs), where he was responsible for attracting investors and financing development projects, including the area of real estate. From 2010 to 2015, Mr. Devyatov was the Managing Director and Director for the acquisition of RE assets in a large investment fund and development company, where he was responsible for implementing various investment strategies.
